You will conduct daily monitoring, develop effective policies, and educate both healthcare professionals and residents. Additionally, you’ll manage outbreak responses and contribute to the continuous improvement of infection prevention strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report infection rates and trends
- Develop and review IPAC policies and procedures
- Support community partners in effective infection control
- Create and teach training materials for healthcare staff
- Conduct outbreak investigations and evaluations Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in health care-related field
- At least three years of clinical experience in long-term care
- Interest in ongoing infection control education
- Eligible for Infection Control Certification
