Experience & Skills

- Must have 8+ years of Infor XA techno-functional experience with strong knowledge on modules like IFM, COM, PUR, MRP, IM, INV, EPDM.

- Excellent command of RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, and OS/400 commands.

- Familiar with job schedulers (ROBOT), debugging, AS/400 utilities; exposure to SFTP, JSON, and XML.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Translate BRD into functional/technical specs; design, develop, and document Infor XA customizations.

- Configure, develop, and test customizations; suggest improvements.

- Support ERP XA user queries across modules; manage integrations and interfaces.

- Monitor ERP systems, maintain licensing; assist with upgrades and conduct user training.

- Good to have: experience in Infor IDF, Powerlink, Robot Scheduler, Aldon.

Preferred

- ERP implementation experience.

- Expertise in SQL queries and performance tuning.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.
