Job Summary

Cogency Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Windows Server, cloud infrastructure, networking, and enterprise identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting enterprise infrastructure and Power Platform environments while ensuring security, availability, connectivity, and compliance with organizational standards.

The role requires strong hands-on administration experience along with the ability to collaborate with application, security, architecture, and business teams in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Administration

- Administer and support Microsoft Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related services.
- Manage Power Platform environments, tenant settings, connectors, and security controls.
- Configure and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and governance controls.
- Support environment provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot Power Platform connectivity, authentication, integration, and setting issues.

Azure Infrastructure Administration

- Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Manage Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, networking, routing, and connectivity.
- Support hybrid cloud architectures and connectivity between on-premises and Azure environments.
- Implement and maintain Azure security controls and infrastructure configurations.




- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise authentication services.

Windows & Application Infrastructure
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Support server configuration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management.
- Support .NET application hosting and deployment environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues affecting enterprise applications and services.
- Work with application teams to support deployment and operational requirements.

Integration, APIs & Connectivity
- Support enterprise application integrations and connectivity requirements.
- Troubleshoot authentication, APIs, network connectivity, and integration issues.
- Understand common enterprise authentication protocols and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure reliable application connectivity.

Microsoft 365 & Identity
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise identity services.
- Assist with identity, access, authentication, and security-related administration.
- Support integration between Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in System Administration, Platform Administration, Infrastructure Administration,



or Cloud Administration.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration.
- Experience managing Power Platform environments, DLP policies, connectors, tenant settings, and security controls.
- Solid understanding of Azure administration and cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure VNets
- Networking and connectivity
- Identity and Access Management
- Azure security controls
- Hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience administering Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of .NET application hosting and deployment.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, enterprise integrations, APIs, and connectivity patterns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise identity services.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting enterprise Power Platform governance and CoE initiatives.
- Knowledge of Azure security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity solutions.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certifications.
