Responsibilities - Implement and manage the assigned datacenters projects or project elements from inception through to completion - Develop new project plans in consultation with the required stakeholders, including clients - Utilize the human and material resources provided to complete assigned tasks successfully - Administer a resource allocation strategy and utilize this when distributing work and budgets - Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan - Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines - Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher - Track, monitor,
and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs - Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and assigned Project Management III or higher - Working Conditions - Office-based Qualifications &
Requirements - Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Centers Construction Project Management or a similar role - Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Licenses or Certifications:
- Must have a recognized certification such as PMI Project Management, ReadyTM, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of prevailing Project Management methods - Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance - Effective skills in Microsoft Office - Proficient in project management software - Ability to arrange priorities and elevate competing risks to meet deadlines - Keen eye for detail and adept problem‑solving abilities - Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal) - Equipped to work independently and as part of a team Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
