Engineer (Batam)

The Infrastructure Facilities Operations Engineer is responsible for the operational performance, reliability, and compliance of all data centre facilities within Batam DC sites. This role oversees power, cooling, mechanical & electrical (M&E;) systems, environmental controls, life safety systems, and facility vendors. You will ensure sites operate at peak performance, meet uptime targets, and scale to support high-density AI workloads.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Regional Facilities Operations Ownership

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple regional sites Ensure continuous availability of critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, liquid cooling systems) Serve as regional escalation point for facility-related incidents Reliability &

• Performance Management Drive improvements in uptime, resiliency, and energy efficiency Lead root cause analysis (RCA)
