Reporting to the Director of AI Value Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, requiring 5–8 years of experience in business analysis or technology-enabled roles. Your focus will be on managing intake processes, providing training, and operationalizing AI capabilities using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support delivery of AI initiatives aligning with enterprise priorities • Coordinate tracking and prioritization of citizen development efforts • Guide business teams on using Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively • Facilitate community engagement and training programs • Ensure compliance with governance standards
