A respected Ontario law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Associate to join its growing Toronto team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation lawyer with 2+ years of insurance defence experience who is looking for sophisticated files, meaningful advocacy opportunities, and long-term career growth.

Insurance Defence Litigation Opportunity

The successful candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of insurance defence and civil litigation matters , including motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims and complex insurance disputes . Lawyers will work alongside experienced litigators while taking increasing responsibility for their own files.

What You Bring

- 2+ years of insurance defence litigation experience
- Experience with Ontario insurance litigation and civil procedure
- Strong legal writing, pleadings, motions and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage litigation files independently
- Strong organizational and client-management skills




- Interest in developing courtroom and trial experience
- Collaborative, professional and detail-oriented approach
