Atomic Cartoons, part of Blue Ant Studios, seeks an experienced 2D Designer with a passion for character design for its Vancouver, Ottawa, or Los Angeles studios. You will create unique characters and props, adhering to the established workflow while collaborating with designers and directors. With a strong portfolio showcasing various styles, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality animations for notable projects.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design diverse characters and props for 2D animations • Collaborate closely with the design team and Art Director • Participate in design department meetings as required • Meet production deadlines with efficiency • Share creative ideas and contribute to team discussions

Requirements: • Prior experience in character design for 2D animations • Robust portfolio showcasing a variety of styles • Excellent visual skills and attention to detail • Team-oriented with a positive attitude • Proficiency in Maya and Blender is a plus
