North American Construction Group is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators (Dozer D9-D11) to join their remote mining site team at Kearl near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the region’s largest and safest contracts, with a solid focus on safety and career growth. Successful candidates will operate large dozers in a mining environment, benefit from union membership, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. What You’ll Need

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating D9-D11 sized dozers
- Minimum 1 year working with mining shovels
- Experience operating with muskeg/soft ground required
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Valid CSO Certification
- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness or Energy Safety Canada Wildlife Awareness (including Bear Awareness) (Kearl Only)
- Ability to follow instructions and ensure safe equipment operation
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education is an asset
- Subject to random testing (Breath Alcohol, Urine Drug, Fitness-to-Work, Audiometric, Vision, Criminal Record Check)

What Will Make You Stand Out
