You will be the key figure in the Lead Supervisor Group for VAME CPX, working closely with the Construction Manager. Your focus will be on productive site execution and planning day-to-day operations while mentoring technicians on best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of CPX site operations • Support the Construction Manager in executing duties • Plan workflow for technicians effectively every day • Monitor project activities from start to finish • Provide mentorship and coaching to site teams
Requirements: • Qualified as Technician Tech III Level or similar • Background in turbine installation on Vestas projects • Experienced in performing Mechanical Walkdowns • Competence in office IT and software essential • Completed training in SAP and Procore
