This full-time role features a day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM on a 4 on/4 off schedule. You will monitor safety, engage with clients, and collaborate with community partners like Calgary Police Service. Proficiency in crisis management and a proactive approach to security are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor premises and respond to safety concerns
• Engage clients in discussions about housing options
• Collaborate with Calgary Police Service and other partners
• Patrol assigned areas for a secure environment
• Maintain clear communication of guidelines to all
Requirements:
• Alberta Security License is mandatory
• Recent Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience in high-stress situations preferred
• Skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage multiple priorities
