About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Early Morning Baker to start at 4:00 a.m. and prepare fresh baked goods for our opening and morning rush. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to delivering an “Always Fresh” experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrive on time for a 4:00 a.m. start and complete opening baking tasks before the restaurant opens.
- Prepare and bake donuts, muffins, Timbits, and other baked goods according to Tim Hortons recipes and standards.
- Monitor baking times and product quality to ensure items are fresh, properly cooked, and attractively displayed.
- Set up and stock display cases before opening, rotating product and checking dates for freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized baking area, including equipment, racks, storage, and floors.
- Follow food safety, health and safety, and cleaning and sanitizing procedures at all times.
- Assist with general prep (such as slicing, portioning, basic food prep) as needed before the store opens.
- Communicate with the management and front‑of‑house team about product levels, special orders, and any issues.
- Help manage waste by monitoring production levels and adjusting baking quantities to match demand.

What We’re Looking For

- Must be able to reliably start work at 4:00 a.m. on scheduled days.




- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high‑quality baked goods.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision in the early morning.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment (standing, lifting trays, moving racks).
- Previous baking, kitchen, or food‑prep experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining “Always Fresh” standards.

- Consistent early morning availability (4:00 a.m. start), including weekdays and some weekends.
