We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our energetic sales team! Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging marketing campaigns and lead lists to identify sales opportunities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed product or service information and nurturing leads toward conversion
- Conduct engaging telemarketing conversations that highlight the value of our solutions and address client needs effectively
- Utilize CRM tools such as Follow Up Boss to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to understand product features and market trends for better client engagement
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new markets and customer segments, expanding our reach
- Make 80–120+ outbound calls per day to recent and existing leads
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs
- Book and confirm appointments on behalf of the team
- Follow up with leads via phone and text
- Track all activity in our CRM
- Hit weekly and monthly booking targets
Skills
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, call centres, or real estate is an asset
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and inside sales environments
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques that drive results
- Familiarity with technology sales, including understanding technical products or services
- Experience using Follow up Boss or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, is a plus for reaching diverse markets
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Business development mindset with proactive outreach capabilities
- Prior experience in technical or technology-related sales is highly desirable
