As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in business development, utilizing our Netsuite software to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently. Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions

Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, with experience within the building supplies industry being a asset
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling and warm calling campaigns successfully
- Knowledge of sales techniques including business development, customer service, and marketing strategies

The shift we are offering is:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
- Saturday: 7:00AM - 12:00PM
