Key Responsibilities:



• Implement group programs to assist youth in learning • Prepare detailed reports on youth progress and behavior • Enforce security protocols and manage counts • Foster constructive relationships with youth for positive outcomes • Maintain accurate documentation in the case management database

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in sociology, psychology, or related field • 2 years of direct experience in youth services • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently with discretion • Must hold a valid driver’s license and First Aid Certification
