As a PSW Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Care, playing a vital role in managing day-to-day operations for Personal Support Workers (PSWs). Your responsibilities will include hiring, mentoring, and supervising PSWs to uphold care standards. You will also lead audits to ensure the quality of services provided, while promoting best practices through education and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with the Director of Care for operational oversight • Participate in the recruitment and training of PSWs • Monitor care and services through audits and direct supervision • Distribute nursing and IPAC supplies accordingly • Enhance care practices through mentorship and education

Requirements: • Graduate of PSW Certificate/Diploma Program • Experience working as a Personal Support Worker • Familiarity with care procedures and bedside care techniques • Solid computer skills in relevant software • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
