In this hands-on role, you'll support R&D; projects, focusing on new PPE concepts and materials. Collaborating closely with teams, you will conduct laboratory trials, analyze data, and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Work on prototype development and product testing as you contribute to safety improvements within occupational hand protection.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support R&D; projects on PPE materials and technologies • Conduct laboratory trials and product testing • Analyze incoming raw materials and quality-control test results • Research suppliers and coordinate testing samples • Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation

Requirements: • Diploma/degree in Chemical Engineering Technology or related field • Minimum three years in R&D; or lab environments • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing • Solid analytical and technical writing skills • Willing to travel to Superior Glove locations
