Join MEDA Limited as an Automotive Design Systems Application Engineer based in Windsor, Ontario. This full time onsite role requires travel within the U.S. and Mexico to enhance automotive system efficiencies.

You will report to the Chief Engineer, spearheading efforts to manage driveline component interfaces and system balancing. The position demands solid leadership in managing design reviews, facilitating communication across cross-functional teams, and leading efforts in Technical Cost Reductions and Value Optimization. Your role will ensure that all engineering practices are transparent and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee interfacing of driveline system components • Conduct and manage design review processes • Review DFMEA and DRBFM for ensuring design integrity • Create action plans for cross-functional task force teams • Monitor the validation status of driveline systems

Requirements: • 3-5 years in a relevant engineering position • Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Demonstrated academic performance with a minimum 80% GPA • Strong communication for effective presentations • Ready to travel and work fully on-site
