We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for SIMTAB Neos, a division of Richelieu Hardware, to support the growth of our industrial operations. Reporting to the Sales Director, Industrial Division, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the outside sales team and enhancing the customer experience by efficiently managing inquiries, orders, and sales opportunities, while actively promoting our value-added solutions.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:

- Provide information and guidance to customers by phone, at the service counter, or via email;
- Work closely with our outside sales representatives;
- Process customer orders and manage incoming orders;
- Respond to, enter, process, and follow up on customer requests;
- Deliver outstanding customer service;
- Promote value-added products and services;
- Keep customers informed about product information, availability, and delivery status;
- Perform any other duties related to the position.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service;
- Comfortable using computers and common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, AS/400, etc.);
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with figures;
- Bilingualism (French and English);




- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
