Position Summary The Inside Sales Support Representative provides direct support to customers via phone and internet, assists with order fulfillment, contributes to marketing initiatives, and provides basic technical support as needed. This role is a key point of contact for customers and plays an important part in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and timely manner
- Process and manage customer orders, quotes, and account information
- Pack, prepare, and fill customer orders accurately for shipment
- Assist with basic technical support and troubleshooting for products/services, escalating complex issues as needed
- Support marketing efforts, including promotional campaigns, product mailings, social media assistance, or customer outreach as directed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory in company systems
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, satisfaction, and additional needs




- Maintain a clean and organized work and packing area

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant experience a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or order fulfillment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot common product/service issues
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- Comfortable using order management, CRM, or inventory software (training provided if needed)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry mid-weight objects (up to approximately 25–40 lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, and move within a warehouse/office environment as needed for packing and order fulfillment
- Ability to sit and use a computer/phone for extended periods

Work Environment Combination of office and light warehouse/packing environment.

Pay: $38,500.00-$43,651.56 per year
