We are seeking a motivated and skilled Installer (Sub Contractor) to join our installation team and deliver exceptional installation services across various projects. As an Installer, you will be responsible for executing installation tasks efficiently, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse work projects , utilizing your technical expertise and hands-on skills to contribute to the successful completion of each project.
Responsibilities
- Perform gutter cleanings, Installing gutter protection system, Installing soffit, Installing fascia boards.
- Use hand tools and power tools to install and repair.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working on-site, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with the Install Manager and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation tasks.
- Document work progress and communicate any issues or delays promptly to Install Manager .
Requirements
- Must have reliable source of transportation and be willing to commute to the job sites.
- Registered business name (GST)
with insurance (WCB, Liability)
- Knowledge of construction processes including gutter installation, gutter cleaning, fascia board installation and soffit installation.
- Ability to work independently as a sub-contractor while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in different environments. (Rain, Snow, Sun)
- Proven experience in construction or related trades with a strong background in carpentry, restoration, or similar fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various project requirements quickly.
