:

- Select, design, update and construct educational courses and lab aids/materials.
- Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations for educational purposes in all disciplines of Medical Laboratory Science.
- Supervise students in classroom, clinical, labs, tours, etc. It may involve travel.
- Evaluate students through the use of exams, assignments and observations and to record student progress.
- Counsel students and prospective students on matters pertaining to the program and job opportunities.

Education





- Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology

Licenses

- Active registration and current licensure with the applicable national and/or provincial regulatory body.

Other Education and Training

- Minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or in a related field in a Canadian laboratory, including clinical laboratory.
