Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Conduct therapeutic sessions focused on behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental skills
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies
- Collect and analyze data on child progress to adjust therapy approaches effectively
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, session notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy standards
- Support children during activities that promote patient care, ensuring safety and engagement at all times
Requirements
- Experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Ability to administer medications safely f
- Strong understanding of child developmental terminology
- Excellent skills in data collection, documentation, and progress tracking
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills for working with children and families
- Relevant certifications or licenses in therapy or related fields are preferred but not mandatory
