Duties
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing clear explanations of policy features and benefits
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract current clients and expand existing customer accounts
- Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding clients through the insurance purchasing process
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Punjabi; bilingual ability is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own vehicle and comfortable driving when required
- Willingness to study and complete the required insurance qualification
- Female candidate preferred
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, responsible, and motivated to build a long-term career
- No previous insurance experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.
