We're hiring a Full-time Account Manager (Personal Lines) Minimum 3 Year Insurance Experience

Job Duties

- Service an existing book of Personal Lines business
- Respond to client, carrier and colleague inquiries
- Review underwriting information for accuracy and optimal insurance solutions
- Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries




- Advocate on the client’s behalf with Insurance companies
- Claims intake and claims counselling
- Follow up on client accounts to ensure outstanding issues and activities are resolved
- Educating customers on the advantages of rounding out their account
- Commitment to ongoing Insurance Industry education.

Job Requirements:
- RIBO licensed Mandatory
- Minimum 2 Years Insurance Experience
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Experience with Power Broker an asset, Applied, Company Portals
- Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000 - $65,000

*This position also qualifies for commission per office guidelines
