Job Title: Integrated Project Support Specialist This role supports the development and maintenance of technical data and logistics documentation for complex vehicle systems.

The Integrated Project Support

Specialist organizes and manages parts data, develops technical procedures, and contributes to the creation of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and Repair Parts and Special Tool Lists. The position requires close collaboration with engineering and logistics teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and user-friendly technical information.

Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and store parts data and related artifacts in support of approved customer maintenance concepts.
- Document the physical breakdown of vehicles, assemblies, and subsystems in accordance with applicable military standards.
- Populate relevant Data Element Definitions in the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) database with accurate and complete information.
- Obtain and review source data required for the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
- Develop and write procedures as part of the overall creation of Repair Parts and Special Tool Lists (RPSTL) and IETMs.
- Generate clear and accurate illustration requests to support RPSTL and IETM development.
- Liaise with logistics engineering groups and other internal departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in updating and maintaining status logs for assigned work to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress.

Essential Skills

- University Degree or College Diploma in a technical discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficient communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience as an automotive mechanic or mechanic assistant.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience with mobile equipment.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of London, ON. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.





Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in London,ON.
