As the Disability Management Leader, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the Short-Term Disability services, guiding a talented group of Nurse Case Managers and Disability Coordinators. Your expertise in operational excellence will drive improvements in service delivery while ensuring quality outcomes. Be at the forefront of mental health support and productivity-enhancing strategies across Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations of Short-Term Disability department • Coach and develop a team of healthcare professionals • Assess performance metrics and service level agreements • Conduct quality assurance audits for compliance • Participate in key client meetings and service discussions
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or HR • Five years of relevant disability management experience • Minimum three years in a leadership role • Solid knowledge of employer-sponsored disability programs • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
