Required Experience

10+ years of IT experience with

8 10+ years in Solution Architecture and Enterprise System Integration Proven experience leading

large-scale integration and cloud transformation projects Robust expertise in

Microsoft Azure

cloud architecture (AliCloud experience for Asia deployments is a plus) Experience designing enterprise integration strategies across distributed systems Hands-on experience working in

Agile/Scrum

delivery environments Experience supporting

Asia market rollouts , including regional compliance and integration requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver enterprise integration architecture aligned with business and technology strategies. Define software, platform, and infrastructure architecture for complex enterprise solutions. Architect scalable integration solutions using APIs, microservices, messaging, ESBs, and cloud-native services. Evaluate and recommend the best integration patterns, technologies, and platform strategies based on business requirements. Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and governance. Collaborate with Business, Application, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable integration solutions. Design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud integration architectures. Support cloud transformation initiatives primarily on

Microsoft Azure

and

AliCloud

for Asia deployments. Provide technical leadership, solution guidance,



and mentoring to engineering teams. Drive architecture best practices, documentation, and technology roadmaps. Support enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Assess emerging technologies, including

Generative AI , for enterprise integration opportunities.

Required Technical Skills

Enterprise Solution Architecture Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Microsoft Azure (Mandatory) AliCloud (Preferred for Asia deployments) API Architecture & API Management REST APIs SOAP Web Services Microservices Architecture Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, IBM MQ, etc.) Event-Driven Architecture ETL & Data Integration Cloud-Native Architecture Integration Patterns Distributed Systems Infrastructure Architecture Platform Architecture Security Architecture DevOps & CI/CD Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise deployments across

APAC/Asia

markets Strong understanding of regional compliance, integration standards, and delivery models Exposure to

Generative AI

platforms and enterprise AI integrations Azure certifications such as

AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert)

are highly preferred TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture certifications are a plus
