IMMEDIATE INTERIM OPPORTUNITY

Interim Head of Marketing & Revenue Management

Reports To: CEO

Duration: 6-12 months (possible permanent)

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (on-site)

Our client, a consumer-focused Canadian company, is seeking an Interim Head of Marketing and Revenue Management to lead the marketing group and a variety of commercial functions during a time of change and critical period of growth. A key member of the senior leadership team, the interim executive will conduct a full assessment of the existing marketing and product teams and recommend improvements in programs and processes to drive overall sales and maximize profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

- Conduct a full review and evaluation of the entire marketing and product functions, develop a plan to elevate the functions begin to implement improvements;
- Develop a broad spectrum of marketing strategies to drive growth, market share, profitability and customer experience.
- Oversee and optimize the digital marketing strategy to drive and customer acquisition across Canada;
- Drive SEO, content marketing, and product storytelling to inspire and convert shoppers;
- Lead media strategy (search, social, retargeting) and maximize campaign ROI;
- Develop, monitor and manage within annual operating budgets;
- Partner with sales, operations and creative teams to deliver a seamless and engaging customer journey;
- Develop and improve product value propositions, generate leads, identify expansion opportunities, expand product lines and create pricing strategies to improve profitability;
- Monitor KPIs and analytics to continuously optimize performance and drive decision-making
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to the marketing team;

Competencies and Requirements:





- Significant marketing leadership experience within a consumer-focused sector;
- Broad range of commercial experience including product management as well as solid financial acumen;
- Proven track record driving sales growth;
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and product discovery;
- Proficient in marketing technologies and platforms;
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills;
