Our client, a publicly traded organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Interim VP Finance to join the business on a 4-month consulting mandate .

This role is ideal for a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in public company reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls. The successful candidate will work alongside a solid and established finance team, providing leadership and support during a key transition period.

- Overseeing public company financial reporting requirements
