Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Finishing Quality Control (QC) professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the quality and precision of interior finishing work on construction sites, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards. Your expertise in construction inspection, data collection, and quality control will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Must be able to do services for interior finishing, able to do exterior work would be a excellent asset, decks, posts, verandas, stairs .
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of interior finishing work to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and document any defects or deviations from project plans during construction phases.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality issues, inspection results, and progress reports to inform corrective actions.
- Collaborate with construction teams to communicate quality concerns and implement necessary improvements promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective measures for project documentation.
- Assist in developing quality control procedures and checklists to streamline inspection processes.
- Ensure that all interior finishing activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Able to communicate with multiple site superintendents and installers with a great attitude.

Qualifications
- Proven analysis skills with the ability to assess workmanship and materials critically.
- Construction experience, particularly in interior finishing or related trades.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and construction inspection techniques.
- Excellent data collection skills for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to identify issues early and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings is preferred.
