We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior renovation technician to join our team. You will be responsible for framing to finish excluding licensed trades. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior construction and possess the necessary skills to complete renovation tasks efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in interior renovation
- Proficiency in using power tools for fabrication and installation
- Knowledge of basic plumbing systems and fixtures
- Experience with flooring installation
- Strong carpentry, drywall skills, efficient at painting
- Ability to apply caulking effectively
-Window and cabinet istallation experience -And many other duties involved in renovation.
-Exterior work may be required periodically from Spring to Fall.
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.
