Abbotsford

We’re looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer who is creative, capable, and genuinely enjoys working with clients.

Our projects include custom homes, residential renovations, and custom modular homes. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be involved throughout the design process—developing ideas, working through the details, meeting with clients, collaborating with the project team, and seeing designs come to life.

Your Role

No two projects or clients are exactly alike. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas while helping keep projects thoughtful, cohesive, and moving forward.

You’ll be responsible for

- Working directly with clients to understand their needs, style, and priorities.
- Developing interior concepts, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, materials, and other key selections.
- Creating clear design presentations, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Producing and coordinating design work in Revit and related design software.
- Supporting projects through design development, construction, and completion.
- Working closely with our internal project teams, trades, suppliers, and vendors.
- Participating in site visits and working through design details as projects take shape.
- Bringing ideas, experience, and solutions to a collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For You have a robust eye for design, but you also understand that successful residential design is about people, details, communication, and execution.

You bring

- 3+ years of interior design experience in residential design.
- Experience with custom homes, modular homes, and residential renovations.

- Interior Design education or equivalent professional experience.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design style, technical ability, and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of residential finishes, materials, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and furnishings.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other relevant design tools.
- An understanding of residential construction, BC Building Code and how design decisions translate to the job site.
- Confidence communicating and presenting ideas to clients and working with their overall vision.
- Strong organization and the ability to mana62ge priorities across multiple projects.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to contribute, collaborate, and share ideas.

Who Will Thrive Here You’re someone who can connect well with a client just as comfortably as you can work through a design detail.

You’re approachable, organized, creative, and accountable. You enjoy collaborating with others, you’re comfortable sharing your perspective, and you’re equally willing to listen and build on someone else’s idea.

Most of all, you care about creating homes that feel personal, function beautifully, and are thoughtfully designed for the people who live in them.
