We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships, drive adoption, and deliver proactive success planning across onboarding, retention, and expansion. You’ll guide customers through emissions calculations, reduction initiatives, and reporting, translating regulatory concepts into actionable guidance while collaborating with Product, Climate, and Operations
