Key Responsibilities:
• Provide swimming instruction to various age groups • Oversee activities in the pool ensuring participant safety • Conduct safety briefings and enforce protocols • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans • Maintain open communication with participants and families
Requirements: • Current certifications in NLS, CPR, and First Aid • Swim Instructor certification essential • Experience working with the public, particularly with children • Excellent observational and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
