AgeCare is seeking a Director of Care for our Long-Term Care Home to coordinate and schedule resident care activities in line with legislation and to maintain an workplace that supports residents’ health and welfare. You will lead nursing staff, develop care plans, supervise operations, and ensure the highest standard of resident care and quality of life.
Requires RN license, a minimum of 3 years in management and 3 years in long-term care, plus organizational leadership training.
