Title: Inventory Clerk

Location:755 Wallace Road, North Bay, ON, P1A 0E7 (On-Site)

Shift Time:8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Position Status: Permanent Full-Time

Position Summary In this fast-paced environment, the Inventory Clerk will be responsible for verifying inventory, packing items for shipment, and unpacking items received. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
- Perform routine clerical duties.
- Verify stock availability from current inventories.
- Compile inventory reports.
- Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks, reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
- Pack items for shipping and distribution.
- Unpack goods received, place stock on shelves.
- Verify receipts and packing slips.
- Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory system.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Job Knowledge and Skills

- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications,



including Excel for basic data entry.
