Coastal Cold Storage is seeking a versatile and dependable Inventory Control & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Langley, BC. This hybrid role combines inventory management with hands-on warehouse duties including picking, shipping, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory within the warehouse and WMS system
- Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, and labeling issues
- Support FIFO rotation and stock replenishment
- Assist with inventory reporting, including fresh/frozen age tracking
- Optimize product slotting, SKU consolidation, and storage
Warehouse Operations:
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Receive inbound shipments and verify product against documentation
- Process returns and restock inventory
- Handle OS&D; (Over, Short & Damaged) processing and documentation
- Load and unload shipments as required
- Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Follow all food safety (HACCP)
and company procedures
- Report trends, issues, or inefficiencies to the Warehouse Manager
- Assist other departments as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with inventory control and/or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is an asset, but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and storage regulations is an advantage
- Must be able to work overtime as required
