We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in landscape maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that irrigation systems are installed, maintained, and repaired effectively, contributing to the health and beauty of our gardens and landscapes.
Duties
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to build and repair irrigation components.
- Dig trenches for the installation of pipes and other irrigation equipment.
- Regularly inspect irrigation systems for leaks, clogs, or other issues that may affect performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on irrigation systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to coordinate watering schedules based on plant needs.
- Troubleshoot issues with irrigation systems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and maintenance schedules.

Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems and landscape maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to dig trenches and perform physical labor as required by the job.
- Experience in irrigating gardens or landscaped areas is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Robust communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
