We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Installation Foreman to lead and manage irrigation installation crews on residential and/or commercial projects. This role is hands on, responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards. We are looking for an individual passionate about irrigation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train irrigation install crews.
- Read irrigation plans.
- Install and oversee installation of irrigation systems.
- Ensure proper layout, trenching, backfilling, and system operation.
- Diagnose and resolve in office issues and make adjustments as required.
- Maintain quality control, job safety, and productivity.
- Communicate with clients and project managers.
- Track materials, equipment, and labour hours
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
Experience
- 3 years of irrigation experience
- 1 year in a leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and best pratices
- Ability to read irrigation plans
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors
