About the RoleWe are looking for an IT & E-Commerce Specialist to help manage our website, online orders, e-commerce tools, and basic IT needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our website
- Monitor and process online orders
- Manage Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations
- Troubleshoot basic website and IT issues
- Provide day-to-day technical support
- Help improve our online store and e-commerce operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
- Basic HTML knowledge is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Internship candidates with relevant education or skills are encouraged to apply
Position Details
- 6-month contract
- Full-time preferred

- Potential for extension based on performance and business needs
