Vitality Health Management is seeking an experienced and professional RPN with IV therapy experience to join our clinical team on a part time basis.

Responsibilities

- Perform IV insertion and venipuncture
- Administer IV therapy according to authorized medical orders and clinic protocols
- Complete patient intake and review relevant health information prior to treatment
- Monitor patients throughout IV treatments
- Recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation
- Prepare treatment rooms and IV supplies
- Follow infection prevention, medication safety and clinic policies
- Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners and other healthcare providers as required
- Support inventory and IV supply management

Requirements





- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of practical IV insertion / IV therapy experience preferred
- Strong venipuncture and IV insertion skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills
- Able to work independently in an outpatient clinic environment
- Professional, reliable and detail-oriented

Schedule

Part-time with flexible weekday and/or weekend availability depending on clinic appointments.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
