We are looking for a skilled

Software Engineer – Java Backend to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using

Java and Spring Boot

.

- Develop scalable

RESTful APIs and microservices

.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.

- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data validation.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and product teams.

- Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills





- 5+ years of hands-on experience in

Java backend development

.

- Strong proficiency in

Java 8/11/17+

.

- Strong experience with

Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework

.

- Hands-on experience developing

REST APIs and Microservices

.

- Solid knowledge of

SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

- Experience with

JPA/Hibernate

.

- Good understanding of multithreading, collections, exception handling, and Java design patterns

.

- Experience with

Git and CI/CD practices.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

- Experience with

Kafka or other messaging systems

.

- Exposure to

AWS/Azure/GCP

.

- Experience with

Docker and Kubernetes

.

- Knowledge of

Redis or other caching technologies

.

- Experience with

JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG

.

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as

ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus
