Position: Java Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, JSP, Struts, and enterprise web application development . The candidate will lead development teams, drive application enhancements and modernization, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design, development, maintenance, and modernization of Java/JSP/Struts applications.
- Analyze requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
- Drive enhancements, defect resolution, performance tuning, and production support.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding and security best practices.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and support teams.
- Prepare technical designs, estimates,



and documentation.
- Support migration/modernization initiatives and critical production issues.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Java, JSP, and Struts
- 8 + years of Java/J2EE development experience
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and SQL
- Strong enterprise application development and modernization experience
- Expertise in performance tuning, debugging, and production support
- Experience with code reviews, technical design, and estimation
- Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
- Solid knowledge of security, scalability, and coding best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
