Be a vital support for individuals with disabilities as a Support Coordinator at Winnifred Stewart. Focus on person-centered planning and community engagement in this fulfilling role.In this role, you will provide direct support and improve daily operations at the assigned residence. Your main focus will be on encouraging individual autonomy, developing tailored support plans, and addressing health concerns.
