Heavy Equipment Technician (Rotational Schedule)

Join Collicutt Energy Services as a Heavy Equipment Technician with FRAC experience in Grande Prairie. We are hiring 8-10 skilled technicians for a 15/6 or 15/13 rotational schedule , working at our facility and customer sites. Reporting to Lead Service Technicians, you'll handle diverse projects in a safety-focused setting.

Responsibilities include:

1. Completing 500-hour inspections and services
2. Inspecting and maintaining hydraulic systems, including hose replacements
3. Servicing power end fluids and filters
4. Replacing engine and transmission coolers and flushing cooling systems
5. Replacing engine seals, turbo, head, cylinder pack, and injectors
6. Performing major component swings (Transmission, Engine, Rad bundles)
7. Conducting pre and post repair testing
8. Troubleshooting and repairing diesel and dual fuel engines
9. Developing customer relations and ensuring prompt service
10. Maintaining a clean and organized work area
11. Communicating issues to supervisors
12. Completing documentation accurately (JSA,



service worksheets, etc.)
13. Supporting field staff and working overtime as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
- Experience with fracturing equipment, including CAT 3512, TH55/TH48 transmissions, Cummins QSK50, Detroit 60, MTU engines
- Hydraulic system maintenance
- Tractor and trailer service experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clean abstract, reliable transportation

Other assets include CVIP License, safety-conscious attitude, flexibility for shifts, basic computer skills, initiative, attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service commitment.
