As a Maintenance Staff member, you will assist the Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council and the Housing Director. Ideal candidates will operate heavy machinery and carry out repairs. This role requires a commitment to high standards in facilities management and community interaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform ground and building maintenance for various facilities • Operate heavy equipment for landscaping and snow removal • Conduct minor electrical and equipment repairs • Maintain logs for operations and completed tasks • Communicate effectively with tenants and contractors

Requirements: • Grade 12 Graduate or equivalent experience • Valid G or DZ driver’s license required • Familiarity with maintenance operations preferred • Ability to work in varied weather conditions • Hands-on experience with tools and machinery
