- General residential plumbing service calls
- Furnace troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance
- Furnace replacements and installations
- Thermostat installation and troubleshooting
- Residential heating system repairs
- Gas line repairs and installations
- Garage heater installation and service
- Humidifier installation and replacement
- Air conditioning installation, maintenance and repairs
- Other residential HVAC and heating service calls
What We're Looking For
- Experience in residential plumbing, heating and/or HVAC service and repair
- Alberta Journeyman Plumber certification preferred
- Gasfitter certification is a strong asset
- HVAC/refrigeration experience and applicable certifications are an asset
- Ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical,
cost-effective solutions
- Comfortable handling both smaller service calls and larger repair or replacement projects
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in customers' homes
- Liability insurance and WCB coverage are assets
