Arrow Property Services was formed at the beginning of 2013 as a full-service company, specializing in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and construction. Our staff is made up of licensed professionals who enjoy working together as a team. We aim to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and for our customers’ customers. We do our best to employ and train co-op students and apprentices. Our goal is to teach valuable skills, while providing them with a good working environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

- Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home and service calls.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service work.
- Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best financing options and maintenance plans.
- Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Participate in the company’s scheduled on-call rotation, including after-hours emergency service calls.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.




- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU REQUIRE: · Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.

· Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.

· Continued education and training.

· Clean, safe driving record.

· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

· Strong verbal and written communications.

· High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
