Black Spruce Builders, located in Yellowknife, face-paced team looking to hire individuals who take pride in the quality and efficiency of their craftsmanship.

We are seeking to hire Journeyperson Carpenters. (Must have a Red Seal Certificate or please do not apply)

We are seeking local and Fly in/Fly out employees. We are open to customize shift lengths, but ideal 4-6 weeks in and 2 weeks out.

Journeyperson level applicants must be proficient in the following skills/tasks:

- Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches and understand project specifications.
- Carry out projects with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Take measurements and calculate sizes/amounts of material needed for a project.
- Carry out a wide variety of carpentry skills including, Framing, windows/doors, insulation, drywall, roofing, cladding, house levelling, decks just to name a few.
- Delegate and assist others throughout the day.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $33.24-$40.00 per hour
